GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

HogLights ships ALL orders from our warehouse each weekday. Our shipping close off time is 13:00 AEST.
You will receive tracking advice once your order has been dispatched to the email address you included with your order.
If you choose International Economy Airmail, you will receive a tracking number however you will not be able to track and trace your order. Please be aware of this. This can take anywhere up to 6 weeks for delivery as it goes the most economical way to your country.
If you choose International Courier, you will receive a tracking number and it will be fully trackable and traceable.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current increased pressure on global logistics networks, your order may experience a delay of up to 14 business days on top of the original delivery timeframe mentioned above. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

On delivery of the order, you may not be required to sign for your package. All packages nationwide will be left in a safe zone area, unless you require your order to be signed for which must be specified in the note section of your order. You need to keep receipt of the delivered order in case of future discussions with us about it. The same rule is applied to all international orders.
If you do not specify that a signature is required, you understand and agree that it gives us authority and our selected third party couriers permission to leave the order in question unattended by the front door - or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk - of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by leaving your order, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.
HogLights does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands.
If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by the shipping company - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter.
If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. HogLights is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods.

Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.
Shipping within Australia is based on overall parcel weight and destination.
All International shipping will be calculated at the cart, please see international orders information below for info on additional costs that may apply in your country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. HogLights will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.
* Delivery times are dependent on third party suppliers, such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack Express, TNT and DHL. Factors outside of HogLights control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.
