Shipping Policy

Quick Summary: We ship Monday to Friday from Brisbane. In-stock items ship the next business day. Signature on delivery is optional. Tracking is provided. International orders may incur duties. Read below for full details.

General Shipping Information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST).

HogLights dispatches orders from our Brisbane warehouse every weekday. Our shipping cut-off time is 13:00 AEST.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you select International Economy Airmail, you will receive a tracking number, but the parcel will not be trackable. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks via the most economical route to your country.

For full tracking and traceability, choose International Courier.

General Shipping Timeframes

• In stock – dispatched next business day
• Out of stock – approx. 14 days
• Special order – approx. 21 days

Note: Due to current global logistics pressures, delays of up to 14 business days may apply. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Signature on Delivery

If you would prefer your order not be left unattended, you must tick "signature required" at checkout. Otherwise, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address (e.g., front door, reception desk).

By allowing unattended delivery, you acknowledge that HogLights and our couriers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We do not take responsibility for mail once it has left our hands. However, we will lodge a complaint and escalate any delivery issues with the shipping company on your behalf. Please allow 7–10 business days for investigation.

If you receive a tampered package, please report it to your local police and lodge a stolen goods report. HogLights is not responsible for stolen, mis-handled, or mis-delivered items.

Shipping Costs

All prices on our website are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight and destination. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Additional duties and taxes may apply in your country.

Expected Delivery Times

Your product will reach you within the estimates below, plus 1–2 days for handling:

International Orders (Outside Australia)

International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes set by your local authority. These charges are outside our control and cannot be prepaid.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine any applicable fees. HogLights does not mark packages as "samples" or "gifts" to avoid these charges, in line with customs regulations.

Delivery times depend on third-party couriers, such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack Express, TNT, and DHL. Delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen issues may occur.
